The donkey express: a train-long donkey pulls into the station
A giant donkey walks into an Anatolian station along the rails through the morning haze. Its body never ends, it stretches to the horizon; it kneels, the passengers climb onto its back and off it goes. A horse, a motorcycle, a cat instead of a donkey: just change the first line of the prompt. 30 seconds, one shot, Seedance 2.5.

How-to video
The how-to video is being recorded — it'll be here soon.
Step by step
Pick your subject
The first line of the prompt is SUBJECT: a grey donkey. Change only this line: a brown horse, a red motorcycle, a ginger cat, a white goose… Include its colour. The rest of the prompt is written to work for animals and vehicles alike.

Set it up
Aspect ratio 9:16, duration 30 s, audio on. Try 480p first; if the body is one piece and the direction is right, render the same prompt at 720p.

No music needed: the train-horn bray, the rhythm of hooves on the rails and the station announcement all come from the prompt. Use the 5-second mark, where it brays into the lens, as the cover.
Copy and paste
Use the prompt as is. No need to describe your characters.
SUBJECT: a grey donkey (Change only the line above, e.g. "a brown horse", "a red motorcycle", "a ginger cat". "The giant" below always means this SUBJECT.) Photoreal vertical phone video, 9:16, 30 seconds, one continuous handheld shot by a passenger at the edge of a railway platform, real-time speed, documentary look. Captured, not rendered. SETTING: a small rural Anatolian train station, early morning, soft hazy golden light. Cream station building with a red-tiled roof, an old enamel sign, overhead catenary wires, a straight track beside the platform running to the horizon. Waiting along the left edge: an elderly man in a flat cap, a woman in a headscarf holding a child's hand, a young man with a backpack, suitcases, a sack of produce. THE GIANT: ONE gigantic SUBJECT the size of a locomotive, three times taller than a man, keeping its true look, colours and texture. Exactly ONE front end (one head for an animal; one front with headlight and handlebars for a vehicle) and nothing else along its body: no second head or front, no rump, no tail, no rear end in between. Behind its front the body is impossibly elongated like a whole train: one seamless body with one smooth straight back line, stretching hundreds of metres back along the track into the haze. Under it, legs (animal) or wheels (vehicle) in pairs at regular intervals like train wheels. Real weight; the gravel jumps. DIRECTION: it travels ONE way the whole video, from the horizon toward the camera and on past it. It never turns, reverses or moves backward. The camera always looks down the track toward the horizon. SHOTS: [0-4s] HOOK: phone at platform height, slightly off-axis, track curving gently away. The giant approaches on the rails, growing enormous; behind its front its long body is clearly visible trailing back like an approaching train, one continuous line snaking into the haze. A passenger's shoulder soft in the left foreground. [4-8s] Its front stops right beside the camera, filling the frame, towering over the people. It looks into the lens and gives one loud call like a train horn (an animal's cry, or a horn and engine roar). Breath or exhaust fogs in the cold air. [8-12s] REVEAL: from the same spot the camera looks along its flank down the track: the same single body just keeps going, one unbroken surface to the horizon like a whole train. People lift their phones to film; a man takes off his cap in disbelief. [12-17s] BOARDING: the giant lowers itself to platform height along its full length (an animal kneels like a camel; a vehicle sinks on its suspension). Passengers step from the platform straight onto its back. No ladder, no steps. [17-22s] They sit in a long orderly row along its back as far as the eye can see, luggage between them; the woman holds the child on her lap, the child waves at the camera. [22-27s] DEPARTURE: it rises and continues forward the same way it came: its front passes the camera and leaves the frame, and the endless body glides past right in front of the lens, the seated passengers swaying and waving. [27-30s] The camera holds still as the body keeps streaming past, still reaching back to the horizon, in golden morning light. The last second holds steady. LOOK: real smartphone footage, slight shake, natural exposure, morning haze, subtle sensor noise, no colour grading. AUDIO: a rhythmic train-like beat of hooves or wheels on gravel, one train-horn call, a deep groan as it lowers, a distant station announcement, passengers laughing, a child giggling, birds. NEGATIVE: no ladder, stairs or stool; no second head or front, no head at the back; no reversing or turning around; not a herd, convoy or line of separate animals or vehicles; no multiple rumps, tails or rear ends; no bulges or segments along the back; no short body; no normal-sized subject; no real train or carriages; no cartoon or 3D look; no floating passengers; no text, subtitles, watermark or music.
Tips
Don't say "dozens of legs"
Mention a number of legs and the model draws a queue of normal animals instead of one long one. That's why the prompt describes one head, one tail and an unbroken back line.
Give the scale in numbers
"Giant" is not enough, you get a normal-sized animal. "Three times taller than a man, the size of a locomotive" makes it huge.
Keep the camera still
When the camera turns, the model walks the animal the wrong way. The prompt keeps the camera looking down the track; the giant comes one way and passes by.
Kneeling, not a ladder
Say "they board" and the model adds a ladder. The animal kneels like a camel, a vehicle lowers its suspension; passengers step straight from the platform onto its back.
If the body looks segmented
If you see hip-like bulges along the back, generate again. The NEGATIVE line already forbids it; it usually fixes itself on the second try.
Change the place too
In the SETTING line, swap the Anatolian station for a snowy mountain platform, a big city terminus or a metro stop. Same rule: the rails run to the horizon.
