Download the video below. The prompt is written for this video; the motion, camera and setting come from it.
Prepare the character images
One full-body image per character, with no text. If you're using a model sheet, crop out a single figure; captions and side poses confuse the model.
Copy the prompt
Copy the prompt below as is. Nothing to fill in: the characters come from your images, the motion from the video.
Generate on Higgsfield
Open Genjutsu → Motion Transfer. Upload the video, add your character images in order (1 replaces the dancing girl, 2 replaces the man filming) and paste the prompt. Try 480p first, move to 720p once it works.
Copy and paste
Use the prompt as is. No need to describe your characters.
Replace the little girl dancing with the character from image 1. Replace the man who crouches and films her with his phone with the character from image 2. Keep each character's own face, hair and outfit exactly as in their image. Keep the original choreography, timing, camera and hallway. 3D Pixar-style animation. No text.

Tips
Body types must match
Genjutsu dresses your character onto the source person's skeleton; height and build come from the source. Give an adult's dance to a child character and you get an adult-sized child.
Clean up the image
Crop a single full-body figure with no text out of the model sheet. Any caption or extra pose in the image can bleed into the character.
Mind the image order
Image 1 replaces the dancing girl, image 2 replaces the man filming. Swap them and your characters swap places.
Use Genjutsu for multi-person videos
Kling Motion Control is a single-character tool and doesn't hold up in two-person scenes. Genjutsu can swap up to eight characters in one video.
